I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were nice, especially the balcony room at the back. The service was warm and friendly, although I wish they could be more helpful to foreigners. The location was ideal, close to the ski slopes and main street. The dining was good, but could have had more variety. Overall, a pleasant experience.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were nice, especially with a balcony overlooking the Zugspitz. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff.
